Please Read Carefully Before Using Only Way Realty

Agreements with Only Way Realty or any of its subsidiaries will be in effect for one (1) year from the effective date with an automatic renewal every year, and either party may terminate this Agreement, without cause, by thirty (30) days advance written notice to the other party. Corporate may terminate this Agreement without notice for wrongful conduct by Agent, Broker, or BIC due to the failure of the Agent to maintain active licensure status pursuant to all State Real Estate Commission By Laws. Upon termination, Corporate will have no further obligation to Agent, Broker, or BIC except for payment due for services rendered prior to the date of such termination. Agent, Broker, or BIC will not, after termination of this Agreement, use to his/her own advantage, or to the advantage of any other person or entity, any information gained from the business of the Corporation(s) relating to property for sale, lease or rental, or Corporate customers or clients, or business. Upon termination of this Agreement, Agent, Broker, or BIC will return all property to Corporate with no copies made or retained by Agent, Broker, or BIC.
