Brent has been working in the Real Estate Industry since 2000 and is a former Broker/Owner of RE/Max offices in Memphis, TN. He is married with two young children. Debra has 19 years of real estate sales and marketing experience. She specializes in the development and disposition of land, in addition to residential real estate. Debra is originally from New England where she was Art Director at a well known advertising agency. She then joined a national land developer in a marketing and sales capacity for their east coast division. Debra formed her own real estate consulting firm in 2004, and has led the sales and marketing efforts for a number of high-end residential land developments in Western North Carolina. She has been a licensed Realtor since 2001 and now makes Northeast Tennessee her home.

Donald Bass is the Florida State Broker in Charge and is responsible for overseeing the management and growth of Only Way Realty’s local branch offices throughout Florida. He also handles the marketing, growth, and development for these areas.

Mr. Bass has been a businessman in Central Florida for 20+ years. He owned his own company, Bass Plumbing Service, Inc. for 15 years. In 2004, he decided to sell the business and pursue a career in Real Estate. He currently specializes in REO and Corporate-owned properties, as well as BPO’s and CMA’s. He also has a Real Estate Broker’s license in North Carolina. His additional experience in various areas of construction, including remodeling homes, is an advantage in today’s Real Estate Industry.

Duncan Rogers is the Broker In Charge for the state of Indiana and the Principal Broker for Only Way Realty – Indy North. Duncan is a longtime resident and native of Indianapolis, with a keen insight into local market conditions. He attended Indiana University studying Business Administration and has been a Realtor for more than 15 years. Duncan was the operations manager for a chain of dry cleaning stores, and he also has many years of restaurant management and ownership experience. Mr. Rogers is a graduate of the American Society of Home Inspectors (A.S.H.I.) residential inspection training course. As a member of the National Association of Realtors, Indiana Association of Realtors, and the Metropolitan Indianapolis Board of Realtors, Duncan is committed to honesty, integrity, and ethical business practices. Before joining Only Way Realty, Linda was the Regional Vice President and Brokerage Manager for Nuance Realty Advisors. She was responsible for managing all Nuance Realty Advisors brokerage operations in five states. Previously, she headed the creation of the national RE/Max In-House Commercial brokerages and created and managed the second largest infrastructure development company in Colorado.

Mrs. Page holds a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration in Management and Information Systems from the University of Colorado and a Masters of Science in Marketing from Colorado State University. Licensed in Colorado as a real estate broker in 1993, she has managed several successful brokerages and has been licensed in South Carolina since 2008.

I bought my first house with nothing down, and an adjustable interest rate of 13.5%, and thought how smart I was. Since then, I have been involved in the business of Real Estate for the past 30 years, in one way or another, first as an investor then as a builder and developer. And I have lost more money in these endeavors then most people ever make. Finally, my wife suggested I just try selling "it" since I obviously have a passion for it. Well, being the smart man I am, I took her advice, and as soon as I got my license, the real estate bubble burst and I have been struggling along like every other agent since then. I have sold real estate as a licensed agent and then broker for the past 6 years. Having read the book "The Millionaire Next Door, I believed them when they said that the only profession that showed any correlation between being a millionaire and a type of work was "Auctioneer" I decided that would be a good thing to learn. I am currently an owner and apprentice auctioneer, for Roebuck Auctions of Alabama. And as you might expect since the economy is so bad, we haven't done very well. As a matter of fact, we have consistently lost money every year. So, I guess my dream of being a millionaire, is still floating through the outer reaches of of dreamland. Oh, by the way I am also, Associate broker for Only Way Realty - Huntsville, I can hardly wait to see what happens next. I guess the bottom line is; if you are looking for an agent that is successful I am sure there are plenty out there, but I am not your man. However If you want someone that knows everything that can go wrong in real estate and can tell you what to look out for and what to avoid, Hey, I probably have done it a time or two at least. Now, I would not begin to tell you which one to trust to help you with the important decision of buying or selling a house. Live is a crap shoot, and everyone else is playing with loaded dice! So let the good times roll!!!
