Richard David
CEO & Founder
CEO and Founder of Only Way Realty is Richard David. Born with a drive to succeed, Richard excelled in all that he put his mind to. He has always been a very personable and inquisitive person. He sharpened his skills and professionalism by dabbling in various arenas of the sales industry. After working in a variety of venues and developing working relationships with industry professionals and colleagues, he started his career as an entrepreneur.
With over 30 homes, Richard owned and managed his own Property Management and Investment Company. During his daily operations as CEO of RD David and Associates, Richard became extremely versatile in the Real Estate industry. Richard has obtained extensive skills and knowledge in many areas of Real Estate including, but not limited to, regular residential, international sales, vacation/investment sales, mortgage financing, title information, appraisals, and marketing. While running his own company, he continued working part time for various multimillion dollar companies such as “Ginn Development” and “American Leisure Homes,” which specialized in Vacation homes and the UK market. While working at American Leisure Homes, he became Vice President and Broker of Record for a publically traded company. Richard has since, using all the knowledge that he has acquired over the last ten years, developed and founded Only Way Realty with a business structure that is both unique and necessary in today’s economy.
Linda Page
Vice President
Mrs. Page is the Broker In Charge and Regional BIC Manager for South Carolina, as well as Company Vice President. She brings with her more than 20 years of experience in brokerage, development and asset management with portfolios valued over $100M. She is responsible for business growth, development and management of Only Way Realty’s South Carolina operations.
Before joining Only Way Realty, Linda was the Regional Vice President and Brokerage Manager for Nuance Realty Advisors. She was responsible for managing all Nuance Realty Advisors brokerage operations in five states. Previously, she headed the creation of the national RE/Max In-House Commercial brokerages and created and managed the second largest infrastructure development company in Colorado.
Mrs. Page holds a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration in Management and Information Systems from the University of Colorado and a Masters of Science in Marketing from Colorado State University. Licensed in Colorado as a real estate broker in 1993, she has managed several successful brokerages and has been licensed in South Carolina since 2008.
Sean Barrett
Executive Regional Director
Sean has over 20 years of experience as a licensed real estate agent and broker. He started his real estate career working for Starwood in the vacation ownership industry. His successes led him to the sales management side of the business. Sean managed offices both large and small. They ranged from more than 100 agents to as small as 10 agents.
Sean transferred to the general real estate side of the business in 2002. He managed large highly amenitized community developments and was responsible for the sales and marketing. Sean has been involved with sales reaching 1 billion dollars in volume.
Currently Sean is the East Coast Regional Vice President for Echelon Sales Inc. (ESI), with his main focus on the Carolinas. Sean has been married for 11 years to Rachel and has 3 children. Joshua, Madison and Carly.
Diana David
Marketing Consultant
Working as Only Way Realty’s Marketing Consultant and Admin is Diana David. Leadership skills came naturally while taking on additional responsibilities and climbing the corporate ladder. Diana has 10 years background in upper Management involving training, reviewing sales and P&L reports, as well as recruiting. Diana’s talents in the Human Resources Department and marketing department have expanded with the growth of her own business.
While owning and operating David Appraisals Inc., which has helped develop marketing skills as well as finance knowledge, she also doubles as Marketing Consultant and Administrative assistant for Only Way Realty. Diana brings extensive market knowledge to Only Way Realty with a State Certified Residential Appraiser license as well as being a Licensed Sales Person.
Lora Morales
Agent Support
Only Way Realty’s Agent Support services are provided by Lora Morales. She comes to us from Buffalo, NY, where she was born and raised. She followed in her mother’s footsteps and worked in the field of education, where she was quickly promoted to an administrative position. With this, she brings with her several years of administrative and management experience, as well as knowledge of computer programs and record-keeping.
As a wife and a mother of two young children, Lora has experience with multi-tasking and organizational skills. Her work ethic and commitment to the company allow her to use her skills to contribute to the growth and success of Only Way Realty. She enjoys working closely with Brokers and Agents as a member of the Corporate Support Team, and she looks forward to being able to contribute new things to the company along the way.
Aixa Guevara
Accouting
Aixa has a Bachelors in Finance from UCF and is currently enrolled in the Masters in Accounting program at Nova Southeastern University. She was a Licensed Mortgage Broker and Real Estate Agent for six years and has five years of accounting experience. Aixa worked as an Internal Auditor for a Fortune 500 company in the South Florida and Caribbean districts. She enjoys going to the gym, cycling, and spending time with her 7 year old son.
